Note: the liability of PMC Logistics, LLC is limited to $1.00 per pound
or $1,000.00 per shipment, whichever is less, unless greater value has been declared and changes for such value paid. Any legal process arising from claims for loss or damage to cargo must be commenced within ninety (90) days from the date at which the cargo at issue was delivered or should have been delivered by PMC Logistics, LLC.
